1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DeepDay, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use DeepDay for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on DeepDay
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. User Conduct
You agree to use DeepDay in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
- Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other systems or networks
- Use any automated means to access the service or collect any information from the service
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit to DeepDay. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the DeepDay service.
5. Anonymous Nature
DeepDay is designed to be anonymous. We do not require or collect personal information that can identify you. However, you are responsible for maintaining the anonymity of your own content and not including personally identifiable information in your answers.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous access to DeepDay, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DeepDay or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DeepDay, even if DeepDay or a DeepDay authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
8. Changes to Terms
DeepDay may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
